Waterpik

Hello,

Im quite disappointed with the service I received on my last call to customer service. I informed them that the replacement waterloo I received presented with the same black marking in the tank, which I learned is mold.

I explained this to the customer service rep who asked me to send photos and stated she would email me so ai could respond to that email. I checked once I got home and there was no email. So here I am a few months since that call without a waterpik to use. The representative gave me the impression that she wasnt taking my concern seriously.

She advised me to clean the tank and leave it open.

I informed her that is what I had been doing and I truly feel there is an issue with the design of the tank and prefer to receive the open tank option.

Ive been a customer of Waterpik for over 10 year and only had this issue when I switched to the travel waterpik. I am asking for someone to address my issue as its been going on for too long now.

Also, I feel that customer service rep should take customer consents more seriously, especially when it relates to suspected mold and products that come in contact

with the mouth.

I hope to receive a resolution soon.

I Purchased, a water pick 360 in October 2021 and within just a few months it quit working completely. I contacted the company as it was still under the one-year warranty and they did replace the broken one with a new one which they shipped to me, however, within just a few months after that, the one that they sent me as a replacement also quit and had the same issues as the one that I had bought previously.

I contacted the company again and they did issue another replacement water pick which I appreciate it. It worked for a few months, but did not last a year, and it quit in the exact same fashion as the previous two units that I had had. I use these units twice daily and take very good care of them as far as cleaning and charging. I contacted the company yesterday and was told that since it has been over a year since I originally purchased , a water pick 360 that it was no longer covered under warranty and they could not do anything about it.

They said I would have to purchase a new one myself. Im a little upset that their products are not even lasting the full year, but yet I am expected to spend money to purchase a new machine because their water pic is not lasting for a full year as is warranted. For this reason, I am looking to purchase a different brand other than water pick.

I have purchased many of these through the years, and they have always lasted for 2 to 3 years before I had to replace them except for the last few. Im very curious as to whether or not they have faulty equipment or whether there product is Jess poorly made now, but yet cost the same or more.
