I had a warrant replacement order and I never received it. I called to ask for the status very politely and Veronica was just flat out rude.
She seemed to not know anything and couldn't answer my questions. It is not that hard to be nice and be knowledgeable about what you do (Order status information). I asked to update my address and she said that I couldn't do that. I would have to wait until the order gets returned and she said that could take up to a month.
Wow! that's crazy! How do I know where the order is if I never received it? How do I know if the order was returned or not?
Veronica said that I would have to call back in a month. Yeah Right!
I will never order another Waterpik again! Horrible!
