Defective shower head !Brand new out of the package , broken setting selector! !horrible customer service!After asking to speak to a manager several times because of poor customer service,I was left on hold !

Had to call back and got the same story !Wanted pictures ! Wanted to Remote video me with the shower head! I had REPEATEDlY stated it was an internal shower head problem and video conferencing mens not necessary! !Was told to return to store because they would take 14 -21days to replace and once replaced the warranty was OVER!

The customer service SUCKED! Both conversations were nothing but stupid questions and pushback to get me off

the phone and for me to return the item to the store ! no help!

Customer resolution was never present in any conversation! Wanted me to argue and jump through hoops with a brand new item , box, and receipt!

Could get no answer when I called customer service!

Answer the phone!

It took me three phone calls to finally speak with a representative. Her name was Anna.

She understood my issue I was having with my water pik unit and she was very understanding.

She is sending me a replacement and I could not be happier. I cannot wait to receive it. When the unit works properly it is a wonderful product. I am now going to be a very satisfied customer again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Bought the exact same machine because I really liked it.

However, found out that the toothbrush (which had stopped charging) was the entire issue and the new toothbrush charges fine on my old machine. My question is "why don't they sell the electric toothbrush part by itself when replacement is needed rather then making us buy the entire machine again?" While I love the machine I will never purchase it again.

Help - my WP862 complete care 500 (brush) won't work. I started charging it and the green light continues to cycle with 123-blank over and over but when I push the power it simply gives me a short burst of sound and short flash of green before it goes silent.

I am in desperate need of help as I have had to use a (shudder) manual brush for the past three days hoping my pik will decide to work properly. Needless to say my husband is tired of the whining but does't understand as he is a (shudder again) manual toothbrush fan. I know you are wondering how we have made it to 49 1/2 years of marriage with such a vast chasm in thought but there it is. Please tell me how to either replace the toothbrush (not optimal this month) or tell me how to give mouth to bristle resuscitation to my pik.

Your product is fantastic and my teeth are feeling the difference and are not happy. And yes, those are my real teeth (you did some math and figure I am well past my nice smile, didn't you?) LOL Anyway, looking forward to hearing from you soon unless you know a good divorce lawyer.

User's recommendation: If you care about your dental health you should buy this product immediately. I wrote the consumer representative at the company (it is titled PissedConsumer LOL) and received a response the next day telling me my comment had been received. I would be glad to update this post when they tell me the final answer to my issue. Either way, a very worthwhile product.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with both the defective Sonic Fusion 2.0 Waterpik units I purchased through Amazon as staff gifts, and more importantly, your company's completely inadequate customer service response. Both defective units are enclosed.

Despite my previous positive experience with Waterpik products, both units are non-functional.

Your customer service response has been nothing short of abysmal:

1.Your chat support system has proven to be an absolute waste of time

2.Your support team has provided nothing but circular responses and deflection

3.Multiple reset attempts, as directed by your representatives, have failed to resolve the issue

4.Most egregiously, your team appears to be deliberately stonewalling customers until they give up in frustration

The volume and pattern of these issues suggest this is not an isolated incident but rather a systematic approach to avoiding responsibility for defective products. This is absolutely unacceptable from a company of your standing.

I demand immediate resolution of this issue through either:Immediate replacement of both units with guaranteed functional productsFull refund plus compensation for time wasted dealing with your ineffective support system

I expect a response within 5 business days. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will:

1.File formal complaints with relevant consumer protection agencies

2.Share my experience across all major review platforms

3.Pursue all available legal remedies

A company's true character is revealed by how it handles product failures.

Latest waterpik I bought 8/25/24 on amazon is a lemon

Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

On 8/25/24 I purchased. watererpik flosser cordless pulse with proof of purchase ,model number WF-20CD010 .

On the Botton of the box is another # 240329AU.

The flosser worked fine until latter part of September when the white tube inside the water reservoir became detached from the upper part of the pic so that no water water could pass thru when I put the flooser on high, then would have to take off the reservoir and reattach the tubing which was a pain in the neck.It is too late to return it but thought you would like to know about my problem. Have bought several of waterpiks in the past without consequence.Thank you for reading this

Call the company. All of their flossers have a warranty and they're really good about replacing things if they don't work.

Replacment of batteries

I have an older model hand-held waterpik. It's been idle for months because I need batteries.

I can't seem to find the ones I need. I have tried Amazon,Target and Walmart. I am 76 and a widow. I am easily confused.

I have purchased batteries AA lithium and non. None of them are the same size as the old ones. With what I have spent on batteries I could have purchased a new waterpik!

Can you help me? Thank you!

What’s wrong

I didnt get a Manuel or instruction guide. I called to warranty my Expensive flosser and was told that it would only email me coupons to buy more items.

The Company would not even consider a $15.00 rebate because I use a coupon where I bought it.

My tooth brush broke

My toothbrush replacement broke off on the battery base, and I cannot put a new replacement toothbrush on there. It would be nice if you sold extra battery base sticks that hold your toothbrush, instead of requiring the purchase of a whole new unit.

My floss base works fine. I do like the toothbrush and the water-pik being separate, and not as one unit.

Noise when cleaning

Myhusbands waterpik 600 series broke and we are getting a free replacement, which is wonderful. But why on earth does it take 14 days to send a replacement? Seems way too long.
