I've been a user of water dental flossers for many years. I used to purchase other brands which turned out difficult to find in the Brazilian market.

So I purchased my first Waterpick Dental Flosser in 2016. It barely worked for a month. Fortunately I was sent a new product which unfortunately stopped working in less than a year. Although the manufacturer offers a warranty of 3 years, the seller refused to honor the promise and I had neither a new product nor my money back (more than US$100 in Brazilian money).

I would never have bought another waterpick, but I was given a new one as a present. It worked properly less than two months before it completely quit working. I tried to have my money back or a new machine, but the seller argued that in Brazil the warranty is only 3 months. Unbelievable!

I wish I could simply dump these products right in front of the company CEO's home to prevent him from leaving home to trick people with such defective products! {{Redacted}}
