Called waterpik.com, ordered product. Successful order completed.

I was told to check customer service (waterpik.com) in a few days to check the status. I called after 5 days and was told that the order didnt go through due to problem with the card. It will take another 7-10 business days to arrive. Apparently getwaterpik.com is a separate entity that waterpik hired to do the orders so when I talked to the real waterpik customer service, they washed their hands and claimed that it wasnt their fault.

Talked to supervisor and nothing she can do to alleviate the problem and kept on telling me it was not their problem. No chance of expediting the order either since it was not their fault and I should have called earlier and there do not contact the customer if there are any problems, it is my responsibility to call them.

Very bad customer service!!! Both the representative and the supervisor were incredibly rude to the point that I felt like I was scammed out of the deal.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $130.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Waterpik Cons: Customer service was not helpful, Customer service.
