I bought a Waterpik Flosser/Toothbrush ($100) and it worked for about two years. After that the battery died.

I inquired to Waterpik and was told it is not repairable - that the batteries could not be replaced. What a fraud! This should be reported to Consumer Affairs as thousands of Waterpik toothbrushes are sold and after a short time - they are unusable. There are many complaints on line about this.

This brush was sold by the thousands on QVC and is available on Amazon. It should be discontinued!

Why can't Waterpik install batteries that can be replaced like phones, etc? The on-air demonstration mentions nothing about this being able to be used - until the battery dies - and then you can discard it!!

Dude, you got two years out of an electric sonic toothbrush. That’s not fraud.

How is two years a short time? A short time is a few months. I’ve had excellent customer service with Waterpik.

They sent me a whole new unit when mine stopped charging my brush after two months. That’s a short time.
