I have contacted them and since I didn't have a receipt from over a year ago they won't do anything. Very rude and have no intentions of ever buying from them.
I am a senior citizen on a limited income and can't afford to replace it. They really didn't care. I know people who have dealt with other great companies like Keurig that ask no questions and replace it. I have had many products from this company products and have never had will NOT buy anymore since they were so unhelpful.
I am deeply disappointed in the way they handled this and would like to try and connect with the CEO office. Unfortunately their phone number is almost impossible to find
