The first Waterpik flosser we had lasted 6 years, the second 2 years, the third (and last) 6 months. For a price of > $70 I expect at least 2 years out of a product.
It has been sitting in the same place used twice per day in the manner outlined in the instructions. It became weaker and weaker and then ceased to operate. Let's send our defective Waterpiks to the CEO: Mr. Richard P.
