I have a two and a half year old Waterpik flosser and the hose just snaps when it's bent. On my model, the wp65wp, the hose can't be replaced.

I expect a 50 dollar small appliance to be built of last for many years. Customer service and warrantee folks at Waterpik were NOT helpful.They're advice: "Buy a new one." The new ones DO have replaceable hoses. So they know about the issue, but screw the old customers. Let's leave them high and dry!

Oh ya, the did offer a $5.00 rebate upon on a new one.

Big deal. This is on was to treat you customers.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: a replacement waterpik.

I didn't like: Customer service was not helpful.
